My diet twice a day still. it's just rice is reduced, especially fatty foods i avoid. Therefore, i only eat boiled foods such as yam and potatoes. My first meal at 2 Pm and my second meal at 6 Pm.
From 2 Pm to 7 Pm i should eat. But if it's not on the clock, i only drink water when hungry, because water also helps in weight loss. Alhamdulillah, thanks to the efforts of my body weight fell by 10 kg to 45 kg.
